The Contractor will obtain all necessary building permits and schedule required inspections as part of the project. Permit fees are not included in the contractual fees of the work being done.
Accepted: Cash or Check only
Any outstanding balance not paid by the due date specified above will be subject to an additional 5% late fee applied to the unpaid balance. This fee will be assessed immediately upon the payment becoming past due.
